Destini Moody, RD, CSSD, LD is a registered dietitian that began working with athletes right out of grad school. She worked with college athletes at the University of California, Berkeley for 4 years where she also taught a course in sports nutrition. She now sees triathletes, Olympic athletes, and other active individuals privately at her telehealth practice, The Athlete's Dietitian. She has also been the team dietitian for the NBA G League team Ignite for 3 seasons.
Destini is passionate about enhancing the performance of athletes by teaching them how to nourish themselves for life and ensuring they thrive long after they've left her care.
In her spare time, you can catch Destini watching football, playing video games and attending dance classes near her home in West Hollywood.
